Prepare for your finances. Prepare for your ministry. Prepare for your future.
Our Mission is to equip students to steward their finances in a way that is wise and glorifying to Jesus Christ.
Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday on campus from 12-1pm (lunch provided) and on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm online. The class is a seven-week course offered in the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. Students and spouses are eligible to attend the class. Each student and spouse that completes the class for the first time will receive a stipend $75 placed on your student account after satisfactorily completing the class.
We serve our students. We offer financial training to small groups using Compass-Finances Your Money CountsTM free of charge. Outside these classes, our office is available at all times to provide any financial counseling to students.
The cost of a seminary education at NOBTS and every other institution has risen exponentially. Students are continuing to seek theological education, but are finding it necessary to take out loans in order to complete their education due to past and future expenses. We want our students to be prepared to lead their homes, churches, and ministries with sound financial practices. God has made us stewards, not owners, of many things. We desire to see our students behave as good stewards throughout their ministry.
